I have been so impressed by the customer support! When I first installed the app, I hesitated to leave a review until I could honestly do so. I have reached out for help twice now and each time I have received an immediate reply, a solution to the problem, AND they have offered to improve something else they noticed on my site. Very very impressed!
I have just upgraded my plan to include pre-order feature. Melika from customer service was very helpful. She made sure the widget was perfectly set up, she activated the collection widget as well as the pre-order description on the product page. Thank u!

We are setting up a new business and this App is providing us with the opportunity to pick up additional sales in advance of stock arriving. During the setup, I did need some support to customise to our requirements and Stella was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Notify!

Their customer service is absolutely brilliant, they helped me get our "back in stock" button (localized) on a very specific place on our home page which I wasn't able to do myself in a liquid code because of the theme we were using (I'm a beginner here on Shopify).
After countless of back and forth messages they were able to implement it in the exact way that we needed for our store–even at 2 AM, they were right there with us. On top of that, they couldn't nicer, more welcoming or patient. Five stars doesn't even do it, thank you guys for everything.
