Melika from the support team was very helpful.
The installation of the app was super smooth and easy. Further i was able to customise it as per our theme. Love how the notification paprt of it works.
Only worry being the cost involved. WIll figure it out on the way. Anyways if getting notified by your customer is a thing of priority for you then this is a very dependable app

Just set up Notify on my store and had such great customer service from Miles! I had an issue which I had to fix with another app first, and as soon as that was sorted he made sure all was in place for our online store. He was quick, kind and easy to work with :)

Only just installed it and looks easy to use. Delaram has been extremely helpful in setting it up and adjusting button size and placement.
