Great customer service, the app works perfect and has a lot of customization.

I have so much praise for this up-and-coming app and its team. My theme’s default script simply acted as a form and I had to manually email them when I knew the item was in stock. One of the secrets to a modern successful business is automation and this app is just what every shopify store owner needs.

Customisation is extensive, the interface is intuitive and visually appealing. It works as expected and I love that you have an option to send E-Mails through our own webserver and by SMS!

I had a small hiccup (ignorant user error), and the customer rep was readily available to fix my mistakes with a smile!
