Select language (Ukrainian, English, Russian), setup sender address (store address or department number of Nova Poshta Warehouse), choose carrier methods (Doors-Doors, Doors-Warehouse).
Manage deliveries via the Nova Poshta Business account
You can Enable the Nova Poshta Service app if you have any of these:
- Shopify Advanced or Shopify Plus plan (where is enabled option Third-party calculated shipping rates)
- Carrier Calculated Shipping (can be added to any plan for a monthly fee. For more information, contact Shopify Support)
- Annual Shopify or Basic Shopify payment plan
Nova Poshta Service App requires Carrier Calculated Shipping to be enabled. This needs to be done by Shopify but the account owner on the store would need to contact Shopify to request that action. So, if you've already had Shopify Advanced or Shopify Plus plan or annual Shopify of Basic Shopify payment plan but the error ‘oops smth went wrong’ still occurs, please, contact Shopify support to enable Carrier Calculated Shipping for your account.
