App Doesn't work. Nobody was able to fix issue. Emails are bouncing back without any answer. App did changes in my shop by adding to each customer "do not charge taxes". It was not reverted after removing app.
Simply disaster. Do not touch this app!!!
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the issues you’ve experienced. The 'Do Not Collect Tax' appears because you had exempted these customers from tax. Please remove the exemption for these customers before uninstalling the app. We also conveyed this information through support within three hours of your ticket, but unfortunately, we haven’t heard back from you. Please consider reconnecting with us so we can ensure everything is fully resolved to your satisfaction.
Small but mighty! It is nice to see a simple app for simple tasks. This app did exactly what we needed, and now we can offer tax-free orders for B2B customers within the EU.
