So far so good. I had one problem where I couldn't figure out how to make a variant show up on the selectable list of items within the app (because I had altered variant name within product page), and they got back to my chat inquiry within minutes and helped me fix it quick. It was just me forgetting a pretty basic step, but it was nice to have the responsiveness. I'm pretty inexperienced and running the free version only for now, but will consider the paid version if my needs expand.
A true blessing! Our extensive product variations made ordering challenging for our customers. I thought I needed to hire a coder, but this integration with our current website theme was incredibly easy to use and made our site clean and simple for customers to place orders!

I cannot recommend this app enough. I have tried every colour/image swatch app under the sun. Every one had missing features, gaps that needed code edits to mitigate, or bloated extras that did nothing but complicate things.
This app is simple to understand and use. But has all of the tools in the right way to make managing swatches easy. I swear I would of pulled all of my hair out if not for this app. It fit our use case perfectly without any funny business.

I was always looking for a free method to display custom switches and product options on my Shopify product page, most other apps and themes that have in built variant options are paid, so NS Image Switch was a no brainer for me. Recently had an issue where Lily and Stephen from Dev team helped me out instantly. One of the best app for color Swatches. They show on collection and product page both. Simple integration and best part is its free. Loved the super quick response from support team. One click switch between variant image and variant color. Solved my all problems.

Great app and awesome support team! I had a couple small visual things I brought up and they were quick to fix and provide support. The app admin is easy to navigate and has excellent options for customizing the look of the variants. I've tried several similar apps that were all paid ones and this one is better!

This app from NestScale is fantastic! It was easy to install and setup. The app is also easy to use. I was able to style my product options with image swatches within minutes of installing the app. When I needed a style change that I wasn’t able to do, the team at NestScale assisted me quickly with their chat support. Ann was prompt with her responses and eager to help me. Harold the developer worked hard to deliver the solution I needed and was persistent until he got it right. They provided top-notch customer support until I was completely satisfied.
