I tried applying it to the Origin theme using the video tutorial on YouTube. I activated it, but the second step doesn't work at all. When I click on "configure swatch and style colors," it doesn't work. It's broken.

very confusing to use and not user-friendly, and support was not helpful at all.
Initially got great help, but then my product images stopped showing and after a few emails with support, I felt like they weren't going to help.
Edit: Regarding their reply below → The NS team reached out a month later on Thanksgiving weekend. I removed another star from my rating because this is poor timing regardless of the circumstance. It's also somewhat suspicious timing since most stores are either on vacation or slammed with BFCM.
