I was always looking for a free method to display custom switches and product options on my Shopify product page, most other apps and themes that have in built variant options are paid, so NS Image Switch was a no brainer for me. Recently had an issue where Lily and Stephen from Dev team helped me out instantly. Would definitely recommend NS Image Switch Variant to anyone looking for a solid app to handle their variant options.

The NS Image Swatch Variant Option app has been a fantastic addition to our online store, providing a clean and professional look for our product options.
We did encounter a minor issue where two colors (GOLD and ROSE GOLD) weren’t initially recognized, but the support team - especially Lily - was outstanding.
After a few quick exchanges, she sent a simple procedure that fixed the problem in under a minute.

So far so good. I had one problem where I couldn't figure out how to make a variant show up on the selectable list of items within the app (because I had altered variant name within product page), and they got back to my chat inquiry within minutes and helped me fix it quick. It was just me forgetting a pretty basic step, but it was nice to have the responsiveness. I'm pretty inexperienced and running the free version only for now, but will consider the paid version if my needs expand.
I have tried numerous swatch apps this is by far the best and easiest. I hope they offer multicolor swatches in the future but the work around is super easy also.

Customer service was excellent ... solved all my "issues" effectively and efficiently ... just be aware that you sometimes have to wait a while for an rep to respond when you start a chat ... and when that happens, you have to monitor the chat because it might time out before the rep appears, just refresh, but if you are patient, you WILL get a rep and my experiences with the reps is nothing but 5 stars.
