Product is easy to integrate and customer service is fantastic. Fantastic alternative to traditional insurance options, seamless claims service, and the porch protection is a winner. Would highly recommend if you need a reputable freight insurance product.
Parcel Protect has been one of the best apps we've used. Initially, we had to purchase road delivery insurance for each order separately, but now, with this app, all orders on Shopify are automatically insured. This means no more worrying about forgetting to buy coverage for individual shipments. The claims process is also simple and flexible, allowing either the merchant or the customers to file. Plus, the team offers excellent support, making the experience even smoother!
Dash and the team have been amazing to deal with. Our store had a few curve balls for the guys relating to the integration and the way we operate. The guys took it all in stride and came up with timely solutions which have now allowed us to focus more on the sales side of the business and not loose any sleep about lost or damaged orders.
