nudgem Post Purchase Surveys

Great & much needed app! The app is simple, but packs a big punch. It allows you to poll your customers and get honest feedback post purchase! One of my favorite things about this app is that the forms/surveys have logic meaning, you can show specific follow up questions based on the previous answers! Really well thought out & they seem to have some pretty cool features coming down the pike real soon.

What a great app! Easy to use & plenty of cool little features. I was using something else similar to this before I discovered nudgem & nudgem blows it out of the water. Definitely recommend.

An awesome and much needed app! We're doing a short survey right now (post-purchase via a Klaviyo flow), but this would be better because they're still on the site after buying so it's still fresh on their minds.
I would love for them to have an option to give people a unique discount code upon completing the survey, and the founder told me that they are working on it, along with a few other features. Looking forward to seeing nudgem grow!
