Ben delivered excellent and swift support connected to a quasi-complex issue related to a state tax deficiency that was no fault of ours. We just onboarded with Numeral and have had a great experience so far. They were very proactive in setting everything up correctly and we're excited to have sales tax compliance fully off our plate. Do not let them set up your state sales tax information and please file this manually yourself. Once you leave, they have your login information and never email you back. It's been 3 weeks of me emailing their support with no reply.

Awesome way to handle sales tax. Super easy set up, Numeral handled the heavy lifting. Fillings were done quickly and accurately. Customer service gets back to me the same day if I need support. This is basically sales tax on auto pilot and great for founders / small businesses. Sales team was pretty chill too, which is appreciated.

At this point it looks like emails and tickets have gone unanswered from the Numeral team. I have tax authorities contacting me indicating I'm non-compliant. And nobody from the Numeral team gets back to me despite emails and an open ticket. There is also no phone number to speak to an actual human.
