Numeral Sales Tax

We recently made the switch to Numeral, and the transition has been seamless and smooth so far. I had a call with Taylor to address a state NEXUS/registration question- he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process.

Ben delivered excellent and swift support connected to a quasi-complex issue related to a state tax deficiency that was no fault of ours. Numeral made managing sales tax easy, and dare I say, delightful! After using a well-known sales tax market leading service for a couple of years and experiencing never-ending issues and nonexistant customer service, I switched to Numeral. We just onboarded with Numeral and have had a great experience so far. They were very proactive in setting everything up correctly and we're excited to have sales tax compliance fully off our plate. Do not let them set up your state sales tax information and please file this manually yourself. Once you leave, they have your login information and never email you back. It's been 3 weeks of me emailing their support with no reply.

Awesome way to handle sales tax. Super easy set up, Numeral handled the heavy lifting. Fillings were done quickly and accurately. Customer service gets back to me the same day if I need support. This is basically sales tax on auto pilot and great for founders / small businesses. Sales team was pretty chill too, which is appreciated.
