I love this app. Support is friendly and responsive and the set up service is well worth it if you have a lot of products or variants. Your AR 'source' images need to be decent but appear only when the AR function is active so do not appear on your product page. The UI is user friendly, clean and functional and the UX is very pleasing and engaging for customers. And seems genuinely bug free. The AR placement is amazing once you’ve got the hang of it and works great on mobiles and tablets. In my case on iPhone and iPad but I gather it works well on Android devices too. I have tested the sizing and it is very accurate. There are also nice customisation tools to help with branding etc and if you operate a multi lingual store it will automatically adapt the language for the AR interface without needing to localise. Time will tell whether it drives engagement but I do expect it will as it’s fun to use and the best way I have seen for presenting art for sale online.
