Hey there! Sorry to hear you've had some trouble processing your first few orders. This is a part of the growing pains of new dropshipping businesses -- the issue of the missing orders is common and easily fixed using help docs like this (https://bit.ly/2zT0iUv). You're right, it does require that you manually override the products to re-initiate the connection, but this only occurs when you do an action in your store that breaks the sync. Once you know how to avoid this, you won't run into the issue again. Pretty Cool! However I remember using this app in the past and was totally free. Now you have to pay for use some features that previosuly were free. 3 stars for that, I hate when that happens

Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to write a review. You're correct some changes were made to our pricing models. In our view, it's more advantageous than it was before because you do not have to pay for crossing certain order thresholds. Whereas before when you had over 50 orders in the month you were forced to upgrade, now you can have unlimited orders and remain on the free plan. So there were some trade-offs in functionality, but the key thing here is that you do not have to pay to scale your business if you choose not to.
