This app is not only very limited in what it can do. But there is zero "help" or instructions section. And the support is slow, if at all it seems.
Some examples of the limitations:
You cannot set a minimum re order level for stock, it will only re order when your stock hits zero. So if your leadtime is 30 days to order more stock, you are in trouble.
If any of the items in the Material list (Bill of materials) reach zero. The main product will show "out of stock/pre order" regardless of your settings on these products (keep selling when out of stock). There is no settings to manipulate this. So you are still really left with no inventory control.

About the "out of stock/pre-order" behavior you mentioned—this is actually controlled by Shopify's native settings rather than our app. You can enable the "Continue selling when out of stock" option on your main product to maintain availability regardless of component status. Our app doesn't override these Shopify settings.
Regarding minimum reorder levels, there seems to be a misunderstanding about our app's purpose. This app is specifically designed to manage inventory levels for bundles and materials, ensuring accurate stock tracking—not to send restock alerts. For inventory notifications and customizable reorder thresholds, we offer a separate dedicated app that handles these alerts, which is mentioned on our welcome page. You might find this other solution better suited for your 30-day lead time inventory management needs.
