Très bonne plate forme je travaille avec eux depuis plusieurs mois et je n'ai aucun reproche a leur faire .. toujours réactif Lucien qui s'occupe de mon shop est super sympas en plus tout ce fait en français !!que demander de plus !

The platform is intuitive and it also allows to pay the orders automatically which is not the case for the other platforms. Storage is not charged unlike other platforms. And one of the strong points of obordesk is their quality control. Each product is checked and if there is a problem with a product, the information is directly transmitted and the part is recommended to the supplier. If the customer receives a defective product, it can happen but it is very rare, just open a ticket, provide pictures and Obordesk sends the product back to the customer.
