Très bonne plate forme je travaille avec eux depuis plusieurs mois et je n'ai aucun reproche a leur faire .. toujours réactif Lucien qui s'occupe de mon shop est super sympas en plus tout ce fait en français !!que demander de plus !

Each product is checked and if there is a problem with a product, the information is directly transmitted and the part is recommended to the supplier. If the customer receives a defective product, it can happen but it is very rare, just open a ticket, provide pictures and Obordesk sends the product back to the customer.
