The experience with Obviyo has been fantastic, the service has been extremely good and the insight offered in how to improve our store and our conversions so far has been something we have needed a long time. The actual widgets on site have been integral to increasing average order value and with such a big catalogue has also assisted customers with a more accurate shopping experince. We are hyped to continue using the app and see how we can continually improve.

Great recommendation app with tons of pre-built options that are dramatically better then native shopify solution. Very easy to implement and configure but also has a lot of flexibility to match site design so it doesn't look out of place. The support team was exceptional and worked with us to pull in custom metafields for display on widgets.

HiConversion is helping to increase engagement and improve average order value. The app is easy to use and implement, and the team has been a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to setting up on our other brand sites.

We have been in search of a good personalization and recommendation tool for our Shopify Plus store for a couple years now. I was introduced to HiConversion and decided to test them out. After only a month, the results have been better than any other platform we have tested. A 58% increase in our average order amount is just one result from this app. Very easy to use and their team is always helpful in answering any questions you have. We have a couple other companies that we will be implementing this on next. If your company is looking to get into personalization, then you really need to try out HiConversion.

Our company has been using HiConversion for about a month now. They were recommended by a colleague in our industry. We were in search of an app that could help us better recommend products to our visitors throughout their session with us. HiConversion gave us a great demo and then we tested it out with them. Planned on doing a few months before making a decision, but after about a month, we saw a nice increase in sales and a big drop in bounce rates, which was very unexpected. Awesome company!

Just started working with HiConversion on their amazon-like product showcasing the most appropriate of our products for our various pages as most popular or best sellers. And when I say “started working,” I mean it. Right out of the gate it was easy to set up and customize and the flexibility is astounding – graphically, what we can offer, and most importantly in its suitability for a variety of pages – making category decisions based on both type of product and materials. Great recommendation app with a superb support team. The app is easy to use and has loads of product recommendation strategies that are all powered by Amazon. All driven by real-time algorithms, generating product recommendations based on visitors’ actions and buying context. Jared is very dedicated and always quick to help troubleshoot issues/answer questions when we encounter any. The team has done some custom coding to improve the styling of the widgets to match our theme and also take notes of our feedback and explains what's upcoming in their roadmap. Obviyo has helped in boosting our conversion and improving our customer journey. Highly recommend this app!
