Amazing service provider- I cannot recommend them enough.
The contact form stopped working around June 2024. I was informed by one of my customers that it wasn’t functioning, and as a result, I likely lost customers. When I checked the settings page, it took quite a while to load. I suspect there was an update that my store somehow missed, which caused the contact form to stop working. It is functioning now after I accessed the settings page, but I probably lost valuable customers during that time.
Sorry for it, we updated app so you need check timely
This app is exactly what we needed to add a straightforward product inquiry form to our site. The design is clean and unfussy, fitting perfectly into our store’s layout without any unnecessary distractions. The backend is just as simple to navigate, making setup and customization quick and painless.
Honestly, I’m surprised this isn’t a standard feature on most Shopify stores!
