We have worked with Ometrics for a long time. John with Ometrics is great. They are good people, and their chat and software fulfill a number of important roles. We were particularly focused on increasing revenue and AOV, along with reporting on user behavior and conversations to gain valuable business insights with monthly custom reports via our Pro plan.
