Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

I think this APP has huge potential. Their customer support is awesome.

Unfortunately if your market is not English speaking and you need to be able to translate button texts into your own language, then this APP becomes useless because ist not possible. Many buttons and certain Bot texts are fixed and cannot be translated or customized. Are real pity and a huge disappointment for us.

Hopefully the developer will change this. Shouldn't be so hard and they would open the App to more markets and avoid disappointment of users who find that issue out after they invested time to install and test the Bot.

While we are just starting to implement this app, the support has been incredible! Leonardo was super responsive, took the time to make sure all my questions were answered as well as that my integration was set up successfully, and checked in to make sure I had everything figured out even after my problem was resolved. 10/10 stars for support here!

I am using this app and customer service, specially Mark and Brandon are doing a great job helping me setting it up and explaining the features.

I reached out to customer service via their online chatbot not knowing I'd need as much help as I did! I attempted to navigate this new app myself thinking I had the knowledge to do so and found I really needed help. The app is wonderful and I appreciate how Brandon helped identify what I wanted to achieve and proceeded to guide me through it. He was patient and professional as well as really upbeat even as my questions kept coming. We achieved my initial aim and I was reassured that I could come back with any other concerns that I had. This app is phenomenal and so is the team. Both Leonardo and Alex have been huge helps in me getting set up, also already starting to see the results coming in. Get this app, spend the time to get your quiz done right and if you get stuck - reach out to their beyond helpful team!
