Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

This is a MUST HAVE app, We improve conversion rate and we just match the same ideas we use on emails on Octane and that wors simply great. Very easy to use and if you want to go more challenging the support team is great. A big shout-out to our Account Manager Marina Perez

Our product has a color-match component that is a huge driver in customer decision making as well as a main reason for returns. It was important for us to get the quiz portion correct in the customer flow in order to drive sales. Our previous solution (using computer vision to match our product colors to customers) was too complex and a lot of users would drop off at the portion of the quiz that required people to take a selfie while taking the quiz. Octane's quiz was a quick replacement and the customer service team was awesome in helping answer our questions as we built out our survey. My personal favorite part of this app is the dashboard. It's really great to see how much traffic is generated and what sales we make from the results page. This has been a core feature of our business.

With the current state of Messenger Marketing in 2019, this app is a goldmine! It is by far the easiest bot solution for Shopify stores and we saw crazy ROI just with the free trial! You can scale it up or down as you see fit, use the features you want to use that make sense for your store, and layer it with so many other industry standard Shopify apps. We were able to get up and running fully with all the bells and whistles within a few days. The Octane team has been super helpful and support is out of this world. They are constantly putting out helpful resources and truly care that you're making the most of your investment. Just the fact that the CEO is still involved directly in sales and runs an interactive Facebook group for people to get ideas, share feature requests, and more is super encouraging to see. Since we added OctaneAI's Messenger platform, we have seen large sales increases and tons of great engagement on the Facebook platform as a whole. We also recently implemented their new Quiz feature, which has driven in a ton of revenue since launch just a few weeks ago. Their support is fantastic, I would absolutely recommend OctaneAI to any brand seeking to expand their outreach to Messenger and SMS.

I am really happy with this app I love the analytics and integration w/ Klaviyo. I had an issue with my quiz and Brandon helped me troubleshoot it. He followed up with me the next day to test everything and make sure it was working properly. There are a few things I would like to app to do and I was told those features are coming soon *fingers crossed* . I highly recommend the app. to people several times a week.

I can't rate the Octane app highly enough. We have seen a massive bump in our opt ins, and I really feel it helps our customers to feel more in-the-loop with our store. The support from Octane is also excellent, and any tweaks I have needed to make have been actioned promptly and efficiently!
