I only use basic functions, but it is very effective. Also very good support team.

I got on this app when the basic plan was $9 a month. The charges went up to $40+ and then $60+, then in the last two months jumped to $191 per month. I was not informed of any of it. I don't offer quizzes on my store or use most of the features. Developer refused refund request. I've uninstalled due to their underhanded means of taking money from shop owners.

I like the integration with Shopify to pull products into campaigns with one-click. As well, the default flows are good at guiding you towards prompts that are likely to receive a response. Recommended.
100% RECOMMENDED! The support team is so awesome! There is a chat inside the dashboard, you can ask questions and they will help you right away.
The app is very intuitive, you will have everything set up and running with no effort on your side. Everything is automatic.

I spent a lot of time diligencing different options for quizzes, and tested several other tools and platforms - i can confidently say that Octane AI is the best - in every sense. The quizzes come out looking sleek, the capabilities in terms of flows and logic are robust, the integrations with klaviyo and shopify are easy - and the support is unparralleled. Mark and Leonardo were particularly great in helping me stand up a complex quiz and answered my questions instantly. They gave me great guidance and were patient when I had questions. A bit on the expensive side, but right now the best app on the market that executes Abandon Cart via Messenger.
By far the best quiz funnel app on the shopify app store! Easy to use, great support and a whole lot of customization is available. You're also able to integrate the quiz funnel into existing landing pages which is awesome! Overall a great app and I 110% recommend it!
