Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

Effective and easy-to-use app. Really, great customer service! Specifically, Brandon is amazing!!!!!

Early days, but so far setting up an instore quiz has been very intuitive and the help chat on Klaviyo integration has been super helpful (thank you Leonardo!)

Support is great! There a few technical aspects to the quiz builder I am hoping they soon add, but support has been quick and useful, very willing to work with me to fix any issues (or find a good work-around).

Ivana and Mark really hung in there with me, and did their very best to work with me on setting up my first quiz. The app is now working as it should but it took me more than a week to get it there. The reason for my rating is that:
1. Mark and Ivana can use more help in order for Octane AI to have faster response times.
2. The AI Logic seems a little flawed: It was providing inaccurate product descriptions for the products it was recommending. Fortunately, I worked around it via Dynamic Logic.

Hoping that the kinks get fixed in AI Logic.

Great app. We use it to build a new sales funnel via quizzes. Very user-friendly interface and flexible settings. Excellent level of customer service! Leonardo quickly responded and politely answered all questions, even recorded an explanatory video :)

Just got started with the app today and was looking for a customized solution and the support team gave me exactly what I needed to scale with an Octane AI Quiz!

Customer support from Ivana and Mark is second to none. Always responsive and very. helpful going above and beyond frequently.
The quiz overall is quite complicated and if you have a lot of sku's like us then it can be difficult to build anything but a custom quiz. They do have partners who will help with building quizzes. The attribution metrics on the dashboard do need you to check in more detail as they can be misleading at top level.

Best app I've found for creating quizzes. Using it for a sizing quiz and a sales generating quiz. UI is done really well, very intuitive, and customer support has been excellent (Mark and Leonardo thank you!). Highly recommend if you need any sort of quiz!

We just installed Octane AI on free trial to give it a shot in hopes of converting some of our abandoned carts. After adding we are quickly finding all the options on how to message the customer! Integration & set up has been a breeze and the support team has been amazing, especially Katie :) Excited to see what the next couple weeks hold!
