The support in configuration of the quiz and making adjustments post-launch was great. Jamila has been very supportive and responsive throughout the process. However it WOULD be great if in the future we could use Shopify tags to dynamically update the results that populate as opposed to making manual updates to the quiz as we release new product.
Love this app...my customers love using them to get the best recommendations to pick their lashes. I would highly recommend
Octane is a great app to automate my shop flow, and able to help me directly with products recommendation. The integration with Klaviyo is the best in its categories in my opinion. Customer service is at the top of the game. I get so much support from Leonardo - Fast response, great solutions, know exactly what are my questions, and can initiate what I missed. Thanks, Octane.
I got on this app when the basic plan was $9 a month. The charges went up to $40+ and then $60+, then in the last two months jumped to $191 per month. I was not informed of any of it. I don't offer quizzes on my store or use most of the features. Developer refused refund request. I've uninstalled due to their underhanded means of taking money from shop owners.

One month in and Octane has been absolutely amazing! This has been one of the best investments we've made in our company in a while. Our support person (on the Enterprise Plan) Erica K. is hands down the very best! She is super responsive, proactive, and constantly trying new idea to increase ROI. Excellent App, customer service is up there with the best I've come across. Easy to use quiz software, and the extra features available on the paid plan is worth it.

Love Octane AI, especially the Enterprise Plan. The Octane teams does all the work and I just approve or disapprove (with feedback). They proactively track and send all the metrics and analytics each month without me lifting a finger. It's such a cost- and time-effective option to have the team that built the platform run and optimize all the campaigns. The Octane team is a true partner, integrating with the rest of our marketing plans and helping to drive increased revenue.
