Octane is a *must-have* for every brand. Absolutely the highest value tool we use! On the most basic level, it has helped our customers know exactly what to buy, like a real salesperson would help a customer in a brick-and-mortar store. It helps us build lasting trust with our customers, and is something we fold into nearly everything we do.
Onto the data now... the info that our customers give us through Octane is second-to-none for our marketing efforts. Knowing exactly what is relevant to your customers when you communicate with them is a game-changer –– it gives them the experience they deserve, and it can save serious time and money as well (think, no excessive/wasted Klaviyo sends, time in customer service for product confusion, etc).
Now for the team :) Your truly won't find a more helpful and kind team than the Octane team! We've worked closely with them for 18 months now, and they're incredibly thoughtful, human, and always so helpful. They truly act like a member of your own team that has skin in the game.

Octane AI is a great app that has helped us recover sales via abandoned cart messages. I love that people can purchase directly from messenger. Katie, with their customer support, has been super helpful with any questions that arise. With more integrations, this app is going to be a powerhouse for e-commerce.

Great app! We're also having a great time working with Octane to create new quizzes and improve performance over time.
I'm not sure there are words to describe how awesome working with Octane is.
1: My on-boarding call was with the president. Who does that? So cool. Such a great insight into the company. That pretty much sold me without even learning the software.
2: Their rapid advancement is on point. Weekly new integrations and that perfect "can do" attitude towards building new integrations with new companies.
3: When you screw up, help is a few minutes away. Nothing but great insight from the support staff, and quickly.
I can see this platform growing into one of our most used pieces of software. It's ability to manage your basic tasks and communications is fantastic.
Everything else is just icing on the cake.
Oh, 5 days into my trial, I had already covered the monthly cost of the pro package. So that's pretty cool.
This app is AMAZING! It does so many things! I use it to welcome my customers with a discount code, catch them before they exit, abandoned carts AND - I am working on a shop quiz to help my clients select the best product for them. Brandon is 100% absolutely amazing and has guided me through each and every process and answered ALL of my annoying questions. I am SOOO glad I ditched the other apps and found Brandon and Octane!
So far our experience has been great. Customer support and onboarding support are A++. The best part for us is the easy integration into our other systems.
The quiz has proved a great traffic generator for Keeko from Pinterest and other social channels. The facebook chat function and bot it excellent as well. It all takes alittle bit of time to learn, but it's worth the time.
