Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

Just getting started using Octane AI but so far their team has been so helpful in getting us set up. Leonardo jumped on a call with me and walked me through the best possible set up for my results page and content blocks. Can't wait to put this quiz to work!

Leo was amazing! After 10 hours cracking through the logic and to no avail - a call with him on zoom sorted all of it out. Shaved off 4 hours of time that I would've spent and we can launch our octane quiz today. I do wish I have reached out sooner lol! Amazing staff and looking forward to the growth of Octane :D

I've only just set this app up but have found it straightforward and am hopeful it will bring good results. I needed some help with implementation and found the support team very responsive. Leonardo was quick and super helpful.

After 48 hours we already generated over $300 in revenue from the quiz. I love this app and the customer support. What an incredible tool to help customers find exactly what they're looking for and show them the perfect products. The analytics they show are incredible and show you exactly where you can improve the quiz. I couldn't be more excited about this app!

Support is great! There a few technical aspects to the quiz builder I am hoping they soon add, but support has been quick and useful, very willing to work with me to fix any issues (or find a good work-around).

I reached out to customer service via their online chatbot not knowing I'd need as much help as I did! I attempted to navigate this new app myself thinking I had the knowledge to do so and found I really needed help. The app is wonderful and I appreciate how Brandon helped identify what I wanted to achieve and proceeded to guide me through it. He was patient and professional as well as really upbeat even as my questions kept coming. We achieved my initial aim and I was reassured that I could come back with any other concerns that I had. Thank you Brandon!

Ivana and Mark really hung in there with me, and did their very best to work with me on setting up my first quiz. The app is now working as it should but it took me more than a week to get it there. The reason for my rating is that:
1. Mark and Ivana can use more help in order for Octane AI to have faster response times.
2. The AI Logic seems a little flawed: It was providing inaccurate product descriptions for the products it was recommending. Fortunately, I worked around it via Dynamic Logic.

Hoping that the kinks get fixed in AI Logic.
