Octane AI: Advanced Quiz Maker

We’ve been using Octane AI to build quizzes on our site and it’s been a solid tool overall. It’s a very complete platform with strong customization options and integrations, which has helped us create more tailored quiz experiences.

It’s not the most intuitive at first, but the support team really makes a difference. Leonardo has been especially helpful, very responsive and always willing to jump in and guide us through setups.

A great lead acquisition tool for the analytical store owner, they also have exceptional support. It is straightforward and easy to use.

Love having this quiz on our store's website! It has helped individuals determine what kind of fuel nozzle to purchase with the type of can that they have in their garage. Ivana & Mark are always there to help when I have an issue!

I submitted a question about how to navigate to a product page instead of a results page. It was after hours and it said they would get back to me on Monday. The product is great and easy to use. We've had great success capturing emails and sales with our quizzes. Most importantly, though, the customer support is top-notch. I've been using Octane for several years now. Whenever I have a question or issue, I send over an email, and I get quick, helpful, thorough responses immediately (Ivana and Ariel are part of the support team and have been incredibly helpful always). Our experience with Octane has been exceptional, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Creating our quiz was quite complex, but our account manager Marina has been with us every step of the way. She is absolutely amazing! Every issue or question we had, she promptly addressed with incredible helpfulness and expertise. Thanks to her, the quiz has been a tremendous success on our website, driving significant revenue. We are currently enhancing our quiz with A/B tests, and Marina's support in this process has been invaluable. I am excited to see our statistics improve even further. While there are some technical aspects of Octane that could be refined, they are receptive to feedback and actively support app development.

Great app but even greater customer service! Every question I've had has been answered, and quickly. Ivana and Ariel and Mark are so knowledgeable, and so patient! I am not a developer or coder or anything like that. They've made it possible for me to create a fairly complicated quiz myself, and have made great suggestions to make it look and work better. 5 stars!!!

Octane AI has been number one for a long time for a reason. The logic just works for the Shopify-oriented brain (and store). I had a few questions about how to best achieve what I was looking for and Ariel from the support team was fantastic in helping me. He took my quiz, provided suggestions, and offered a white glove experience. The follow up and follow through of this support team (Ivana as well followed up from a different chat) is super impressive. Use them as a resource for sure!
