Best app for messenger marketing! Integrates well! Customer support was responsive and helped me resolve a problem promptly.
I absolutely love working with our team over at Octane AI! They are super knowledgeable, and always willing to help out or answer any questions we have. Their shop quizzes have surpassed our expectations, and have been so insightful for our business. If you are thinking about Octane AI, do it! They are amazing!
Octane has been nothing short of amazing for our business! The integration of FB Messenger marketing has given us a 5% revenue lift and subscribers are up over 40%. The support and guidance we receive are invaluable!
I used this app for about a year and with all its menus, bells, and whistles, most of the program focuses on ads and bot messages.
We have never paid for an add and through experience, find bots to be well, robots, not humans who can customize content live.
We did get about 200 new subscribers, but with our Facebook Page, that is minimal. The widgets/plug ins they have for your site seem to get in the way and there are just too many of them that it can interfere with the experience your client is having on your site with a constant call to action to go to Facebook Messenger instead of our website.
The app seems to be in cohoots with Facebook to get you to spend money on ads etc. in promises that it will lead to more sales. It may lead to more sales, but doing it for free won't get you anywhere, and there is no guarantee with the ads.
Sorry Facebook, but you will fade away in becoming too big.
Absolutely a great App, with a excellent support team! Very hands on, willing to guide you through every step of the way. Leonardo, and Brandon have been very very responsive to help troubleshoot
I love Octane AI. The quiz has become a huge part of our marketing. It's allowed us to collect a lot more email subscribers, while increasing our AOV and improving the customer experience.
By Far the most advanced solution in the market. The support and account management team is also very proactive and always bring good ideas to the table.
Brilliant - the quizzes are highly customizable and easy to set up, and the integration with Klaviyo means we can send personalized follow-up emails to customers. Will give 5 stars when a Google Analytics integration becomes available so we can trigger events when someone completes the quiz
We’ve been using the Octane AI app for about 4 months now and are really pleased with the results. We also signed up to work closely with an account manager. She was amazing and incredible partner. Highly recommend!!
