Probably the most exciting and valuable plugin we ever installed on our Shopify store, and also has a great support team! Don't get turned off by the high price for the PRO plan, once you passed the learning curve of this app you will understand the crazy good potential here and how the price is justified.

After setting up and still on our 30-day trial, we are already doing 10% of our revenue through Octane AI flows/ads. Not even started optimizing yet.

Octane AI is basically Klaviyo for Messenger/SMS with flows and more. The perk is that opening/click rates are so much higher on these channels then email.

We have previously used Recart and SMSBump and while these apps are good, they still leave money on the table in terms of more advanced functionality. Also, it is inconvenient to not have both Messenger/SMS in the same app, you do not want to spam customers on multiple channels at the same time.

We managed to set up Click-to-Messenger ads using Octane AI that bring the same ROI or more like our normal FB ads but also collects lots of Messenger subscribers in the process. We think this is worth the investment alone for this app, especially if you spend lots on Facebook Ads.

The AI functionality is great too to minimize customers support tickets and save money on that.

All in all, super excited about Octane AI and what the future holds for the functionality of this app! (extra thanks to Aleksandar in support for being so responsive and helpful with any issues we had)

We don't regret signing up for the Enterprise plan with Octane. very helpful support and the zero-party engine shows crazy ROI. Great integration with Klaviyo too. Also even when we were on starter/free plan Octane team offered several onboarding calls which turned out extremely helpful. Worth every single penny spent. It's also the way forward for future marketing overall so I'm sure in a matter of months Octane will be a mainstream marketing app for Shopify just like Klaviyo or ReCharge. Cheers team.

Definitely proud to be one of the first reviews for this game-changing app. Octane AI takes Facebook Messenger Marketing and makes it so easy to use that anyone can do it. There's a lot of buzz for a reason.

Since installing the app, we've been able to market to our audience so much more intimately and effectively- everyone who puts something in their cart and is logged into facebook at the time of doing so gets an abandoned cart message which puts them into the messenger marketing flow. We have found that upwards of 75% of our users are logged into Facebook at the time of cart abandonment which is HUGE. Almost guaranteed deliverability and engagement (people don't treat messenger messages like they do emails- they're a lot more personal and a lot more effective).

And that's just the start, honestly. The dashboard can take a few go-arounds to get comfortable with to but, once you get the lay of the land, the options are endless. We've been able to create cool video campaigns with digital content that we've used before but has been otherwise stagnant for months/years and have channeled it into this new social platform (that was built for video among many other things). The integrations with things like youtube are shockingly easy to use.

Overall, this is a no brainer for any shopify store that is interested in messenger marketing (which they should be). A great app, great support team and good vibes all around.
