This is a great app! Also the IT team released a small but powerfull option regarding orders´fullfillment after I've asked them how to do it (a new option added to the existing one).
We explored creating an odoo website, but did not like the limitations of a more wysiwg site, and ended up developing our site with next js and the odoo ecommerce (at the time) wasn't capable of sitting headlessly within that site. We already have been using Shopify for ... 10 years? so that also meant we didnt have to migrate our data into Odoo but we had struggled for the last 6 years or so with inventory levels syncing to Odoo as we also sell outside of shopify (mainly). But also we had so many duplication of contacts/orders and admin. We explored a solution through Odoo app which was very expensive and looked terrible (clunky, prone to breaking) and nearly invested in that despite its issues until we came across this.
What a haven! It is very consistent and pretty reliable (especially considering the complex nature of our set up). When we do have a bug (we've had some variants not displaying the correct quantity, or pulling through differently from the shopify order into odoo), but when we've contacted Tech Marbles they are very diligent, quickly reviewing and troubleshooting to develop a solution. (For scale of this, at the moment we dont have any issues for several months, and have only had 3-4 over the past year.)
Strong solution for Odoo–Shopify integration. The setup is reliable, well-structured, and actually solves real operational problems instead of creating new ones. Data sync is smooth, logic is clear, and edge cases are handled properly.
The support team is also solid—responsive, knowledgeable, and focused on solutions rather than excuses. Overall, a practical and effective integration backed by a competent team.
