Keep it straight and simple

Do you want to keep everything straight and simple? Transfer your Shopify orders to Silvasoft orders. This connection is a real-time connection. You indicate when a Shopify order is transferred: When it is created, paid of partly paid.

It is important that the correct price-details and customer-details are transferred. This a list of the most important parameters that are transferred. A full detailed service description in Dutch language is available.

• Order-details: The order-specifics, like order number and order date are transferred. The ordernumber of the webshop order is displayed in the reference field. Of course, the order lines are transferred. Per order line the line-price and tax code are transferred.

• Customer-details: The full customer details like email address, name, company, address, telephone number etc are transferred. Through the email address it is verified whether the customer is already present. If so, the customer-details are adapted.

• Product-details: If you transfer Shopify orders to Silvasoft, the products in the order are added to Silvasoft. The first check is whether the product already exists in Silvasoft. Matching is done on SKU in Shopify and article code in Silvasoft. If the product is not yet available, it is added. The name of the product, the article code, price and VAT is added.

This app is recommended for Dutch / Belgium merchants with a Silvasoft account. Sign up for a free 30-day trial. Sequential pricing is excluded VAT and subscription of Silvasoft.
