International shipping from switzerland simply doesn't work, the app doesn't let u generate Labels.
Sorry to hear that you have difficulties.
Other merchants run the international shipping without any issues. Might be that the difficulties are related to your store setup?

Super Service - funktioniert einwandfrei und wir können so viel einfacher unsere Bestellungen ausführen.
Bei einem Formatierungsproblem wurde dieser umgehend behoben.
Ein praktische App, um Zeit zu sparen und den Versand-Prozess zu optimieren. Wir haben vorher alle Adressen "von Hand" abgetippt und manuell frankiert. Mit dieser App ist die Frankierung mit wenigen Klicks erledigt.
Die App ist ideal für den CH-Versand. Klar verständlich und einfache Bedienung.
Ich kann die App der Post nur empfehlen.

We used to partner with a third party Swiss Post developer/app to fill and print our orders. When we contacted support to set up, we had to take the Swiss official app. I have to say your app is not as good. We were able to fill and print our orders from our order page, not having to jump back and forth from the app. The function to fill is not efficient. And it does not fill and send tracking on our shopify page so it is causing 5X the effort to use your services and causes more confusion.
We are about to provide a "built-in" Shopify solution which will come up latest Q4/2021. Regarding the tracking number: this is a setting you can easily active within the app - maybe it is a bit hidden, so you couldn't find it - but the function is available.

Mit einer Frankierlizenz der Swiss Post haben wir unseren Versandprozess mittels dieser App automatisiert - wenige Klicks und schon ist das Label generiert und ausgedruckt auf unserem "Zebra"-Drucker. Es funktioniert und hat mich total begeistert, wir haben so lange nach einer solchen Lösung gesucht.
Die App informiert auch unsere Kunden via Shopify "Versandbestätigungsmail" - inkl. Trackingnummer. Spart richtig Aufwand!!
