Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Great app, everything is very professional looking, from the review display to the review request emails sent out to customers. The support team is fantastic : Norma and Scott helped me set up the display per my requirements and answers all my queries. This is definitely a great tool if you're looking for a way to add reviews to your store that looks professional. It for sure adds value to the customer's experience and makes your store stand out.

We've used a few different review platforms and at a base level they are pretty comparable. However, what stands out for us about Okendo is the high level of customer support and service that has helped us to optimise and make the most out of our customer reviews. Recommended.

We have loved using Okendo so far! Integrating the app into Shopify is simple and easy, and the onboarding team has helped us every step of the way in making sure the setup is just how we want it. The Okendo team even helped us with customizing how the reviews display on our site, and they helped us set up the integration with Klaviyo so we could customize our review emails easily. October 2022 - highly recommend this app for any business serious about collecting reviews. the platform allows for a consistent look and feel and has superior functionality to some of the other review apps we have used in the past.

August 2024 Update - we are still with Okendo and love their products! We are using almost every product they have to keep growing our business and staying connected to our customers. 10/10 great platform and their success team always makes sure we have what we need.

The app is super easy to learn and makes the review process a breeze. The import template is a bit fussy but the Okendo support team (Vanessa) is spectacular. Quick responses, helpful advice and willingness to help! Vanessa truly went above and beyond to make it easy for me!

I joined Okendo with limited experience in this area, due to that I was unsure about some things but the customer service has been AMAZING. Despite being the weekend I received replies to my queries almost instantly and Shiela has helped me fast track my process. I highly recommend and looking forward to using Okendo for a long time to come
