Okendo is by far the best ratings/review app available for Shopify. The system seamlessly syncs with all necessary integrations, we haven't had a single issue with Okendo. The support staff is AMAZING, we specifically worked with Laura. Within 2 emails they she and her team set up multiple theme changes to implement some of their on-site displays. They matched our art-style perfectly and we didn't need a single revision.

Also, the Refer a friend system they recently announced is looking great. Keeping reviews and referrals together on one platform is a huge plus.

The Okendo onboarding process was smooth and fast. Our Account Manager, Margaux, did an excellent job at explaining the steps and answering any questions my team and I had. Chat function is not robot-driven - actual people respond (Nands Fabroa has been very responsive and helpful)
Can retrieve prior reviews from other apps so you don't lose anything. Very happy so far.
