Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We've been using the Okendo app for reviews on our products for the past 3+ years, and my experience has been seamless. Recently I chatted with customer service to apply updates for a new version of our website, and they were a pleasure to deal with - very prompt replies and finished the work in less time than predicted. Highly recommend!

A little expensive but I love this app and the great support that they offer. They allow me to collect the reviews I need to grow my store.

Probably the easiest integration I've had so far - the team are super quick to respond and the app is super easy to use. A few months in now, no issues at all.

We migrated our 3 shopify plus stores from yotpo to okendo and we couldn't be happier. In addition to the dramatic cost savings, the customer support is incredible. Features wise, we see almost the same capabilities between yotpo and okendo, with key usage of everything we need and nothing that we don't. Highly recommend.

After nearly 2 years on Yot** and our store receiving barely any reviews we made the switch to Okendo and haven't looked back. We've now got 500+ reviews in the space of a few months and the cost difference is minimal. Scott at Okendo made the implementation absolutely seamless and effortless (on our part) and we were up & running within 2 business days. I have used many different review apps in the past. They all would miss some of the key features I desired for my online store. Okendo has EVERYTHING you would like from a review app. It's professionally designed, automatically sends review request emails to your customer by your desired time frames, plus customer service is amazing! I have seen a big increase in sales as well since starting last month. 100% Recommend!
