Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Just switched over from Yotpo to Okendo, their support and dev team went above and beyond. Seamless transition!

The app is super easy to learn and makes the review process a breeze. The import template is a bit fussy but the Okendo support team (Vanessa) is spectacular. Quick responses, helpful advice and willingness to help! Vanessa truly went above and beyond to make it easy for me!

I joined Okendo with limited experience in this area, due to that I was unsure about some things but the customer service has been AMAZING. Despite being the weekend I received replies to my queries almost instantly and Shiela has helped me fast track my process. I highly recommend and looking forward to using Okendo for a long time to come

Amazing review app. We used to be using Yotpo on a dormant plan, scoped our options and switched over to Okendo. They're amazing value and the app has extensive functionality. We've had several correspondences with Matt and the team about issues which have arisen and invariably received super quick, detailed responses helping us resolve them. Fantastic app and service.
