Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Their support team is great and always available to answer questions promptly. Yesterday, I needed assistance with the coding on my site to adjust the centering of review images - a ticket was created and the issue resolved within a couple of hours. Super helpful and easy!

The Okendo team has been great (and very responsive, with quick turnaround) at helping us migrate our reviews from another reviews platform, as well as helping us set up the reviews requests, and flows. I love that there are reminders for reviews and that you can offer rewards to customers (ie a discount) to incentivize and thank them for taking the time.

We were referred to this app when looking to increase our brand trust. After an onboarding call we were quickly set up and live on Okendo. We were working with installing a couple of integrated apps at the same time, and Scott at Okendo was an absolute pleasure to work with and assisted in making sure our Okendo installation and integration with the other apps was a breeze. better than what i expected. found it was a bit daunting to use at the start but the customer service is excellent. They helped me figure it all out. definitely the better review apps on the market.
