As a direct to consumer (DTC) pureplay business operating 7 Shopify Plus/WordPress "headless e-commerce" stores around the globe, we got really excited with attribute functionality that allows customers to leave rich reviews. These help prospects decide if IQbuds2 MAX is for them. The fully supported implementation and fantastic 24x7 support makes this an easy 5 stars to give.

I recently request to chat with the Okendo team, Sheila specifically, as it was my first time with the review upload template. The team was so helpful and was able to look at my CSV for me to figure out what the issue was, send it back and successfully upload. Great support!!

We've been using Okendo for my new brand's reviews for about 8 months and we love it. Customer service is always super fast and helpful, I especially love using their live chat feature when I need a quick answer. I've been working in ecomm for a while now and Okendo is the best review app by far. Easy to use, clean and customizable look, great service, and tons of add-on features available. 10/10 would recommend.

Reviews app has been tremendous thus far. Switch from Stamped a while back and it's been a great experience. The service is top notch as well. Helpful in the transition and with any issues now that we have cut over. Definitely recommend.
