I really enjoy this app so far. It's very easy to customize and use. I was able to upload reviews from another app using the Okendo template. When I had a problem with the star ratings appearing tiny on my product pages, Paulo from Okendo helped me quickly. I would recommend this review app to others.

The Okendo app works great, the Okendo team provides great support. All in all, a great experience over the last 2 years of working with them on Reviews, Surveys, Loyalty, and now Referrals. We've been using the Okendo app for reviews, and from day one, the support from their team has been exceptional. When we needed help with the initial setup, they jumped in and got everything running smoothly right away. Unlike most apps, Okendo's team is incredibly hands-on. Recently, we had a few questions about modifying reviews and adjusting their appearance on our site. Juan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making sure everything looked perfect. He seamlessly updated the aesthetics of our reviews, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

This app has really great features. We use the email requests for reviews and reward system and have been very successful in collecting meaningful reviews from customers. The organization of the reviews and images/videos is exactly what we were looking for. But what really sets them apart is the excellent customer service they provide. They answer my questions on live chat within minutes and have been extremely helpful in setting everything up and helping us evolve!

App works very well on several stores, support is top notch (especially Daniel- super fast response, knows the app & outside integrations), which is rare in my 9 years of running Shopify stores and admin'ing dozens of apps.
