Scott & the APAC team had looked after us from day 1 as a Shopify Plus merchant. We felt well looked after and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. The features are all world-class however I believe another major benefit to Okendo is there support team that really goes above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks Scott & team!
So far so good with Okendo! I've only installed it today but have been able to upload all my previous reviews from my other platform pretty easily! Everything is relatively intuitive which is great. I got tripped up on a little issue and customer support helped me out really easy :)

Customer support was fast and accurate. And we're already getting great reviews rolling in. Was easy to set up. It's working great. No complaints.
I wasn't convinced 100% to use it but after doing some testing on it and dealing with their support team, I changed my mind and will go with full confidence with Okendo. Highly recommended
I tried the app, signed up for 20$/month but couldn't use custom HTML templates so I uninstalled it. Then the customer service reached out to me and explained that there is a solution by integrating with Omnisend send. That app is another 16$/month, but fine, let's try it.
I installed Omnisend, then cannot find how to integrate it with Okendo, I reach out to the customer agent, who then tells me that this feature costs 300$. I replied that I won't spend that much just to be able to send emails, which should be a basic feature. The agent comes back to me questioning my reasons and wondering if I could just style my emails instead of using HTML template.
Please dont' waste your customers time, if you don't have a solution it's fine, but don't lure me into testing something to later find out it costs 15x more. Also don't question your customers need, it's better to miss a sale than to ridicule yourself like that.
Review edit 3/10/2020 : Previously I gave a negative review because the price of this application is different from similar applications. The team from Okendo contacted me and offered me a solution to try this application even longer to compare the conversion results obtained from this application with other applications. I really appreciate for every offer they submit, it seems fair enough for them, at least I tried it first before deciding to give them a negative review. One thing that should be appreciated is that they have a friendly and responsive team and excellent service.
Just downloaded Okendo and so far really impressed. Everything is very intuitive and it has so many features and the editors are in-depth in terms of customizability. Customer support also answered my chat at 11pm and sorted my first issue within minutes.
