Okendo not only provides a great depth of products, bundled into one package, but their Customer Support is top-notch and have always helped us to solve our problems and come up with solutions that aren't always straight out of the box. Shout-out to our Rep, Shiela, for always being able to help.

We’ve been using Okendo across our three brands and it’s been a really solid experience.

It’s pretty easy to use, and getting reviews set up and live on our site is usually a smooth process. Reviews are a big part of marketing our old and new products that we’re constantly promoting in new ways.

Also have to shout out our CSM, Kelsey, who’s been great to work with. Super responsive and very helpful, which makes a big difference.

Overall, it’s been a really valuable tool for us and something we rely on pretty heavily!

It has been such a great experience working with Okendo and their team. Our CSM Kerry has been able to offer us great insights and suggestions along the way. Okendo offers a very hands-on team to help with implementation and set up of different features which is one of my favorite things about them! Okendo is one of those teams that is truly invested in the success of their products, but more importantly the success of your company! Would highly recommend.

We've been using Okendo for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Their support team responds in a timely manner and are very helpful when we have questions or need support. Our new customer success manager, Andre Saldanha, is awesome and has been really helpful in ensuring we're using the tool to its fullest extent. We get most of our reviews from Bazaarvoice, so I would love to see them add an integration that uploads those reviews automatically rather than exporting using an Okendo specific template. Other than that, really intuitive and easy to use platform.

Okendo has been a great platform for us. It’s user-friendly, highly customizable, and gives us clear visibility into the analytics we need to understand performance and identify areas for improvement.

It’s made it much easier to collect reviews, promote our product-matching quiz, and manage our loyalty and referral programs. Altogether, these tools have helped drive more sales and strengthen our brand reputation.

We’ve been longtime Okendo users and continue to stick with the platform because it just works—and works well. The UX/UI is intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes managing reviews feel simple instead of cumbersome. The on-site presentation is clean, flexible, and genuinely elevates the customer experience, which is a huge reason we’ve stayed with Okendo over time.

What really sets Okendo apart, though, is the team. They’re consistently proactive about recommending new ways to better leverage the platform, not just answering questions when something breaks. Roy, Chase and Milagros have been especially fantastic partners—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly invested in helping us get the most value out of the product.

While we rely on other tools for syndication, Okendo remains our go-to for on-site reviews because of its ease of use, strong merchandising impact, and the people behind it. Highly recommend.
