We were originally really excited to work with Okendo but so far our onboarding process has been disjointed, unorganized, and their team has been extremely unhelpful in helping resolve issues when we are 3 days away from launching. I've spent countless hours on their support chat with no one able to help and support and as a result we are extremely worried and wish we chose another platform.
loved the service and support I received from Shiela Sevilleno! She was so helpful and supportive during a very large technical error! I cannot recommend Sheila enough!
Our review rate has improved significantly since switching to Okendo, and the survey functions have been very helpful. The app is easy to use and customer service is solid.
Would love to see the ability to get more in-depth with sorting and analysis for more complex customer surveys but I'm sure that's coming soon.
The app works great, and Shiela has provided great support to us as we've grown.

Okendo has been trouble free from their hands-on onboarding. Customer support is very helpful and they've been very good at showing me where I'm missing opportunities in the platform.
My experience with okendo has been great so far easy to install and use. i was having trouble with one small thing however Kenn was very helpful and got it fixed up straight away.
