Followed the prompts to use the app and it didn;t work.
Requested support via the in app chat, no response.
Requested support via email twice, no response.
Very disappointed that this happened with a customer review app

I wasn't convinced 100% to use it but after doing some testing on it and dealing with their support team, I changed my mind and will go with full confidence with Okendo. Highly recommended
So bad support. Near to a week to talk to them. They don´t solve anything, so we have to unistall the app
UPDATED: To use Okendo, you must enforce both name and surname in customer records. It misses all customers without a registered surname. I've reported this bug to the support and received a strange "it's a feature, not a bug" response and seemingly no intention to correct it. So, please take care of it on your store side if you intend to try Okendo. --------------------------- We expected the review app to look aesthetically pleasing, trustworthy, and manageable at a price point we could afford. After going through several alternatives, Okendo ticked all the boxes. Their essentials plan is perfect for smaller businesses. The widgets look great and can be adjusted to fit our branding (you can even customize stars with SVGS, how about that!). They have photo reminders for reviews that help you curate much better reviews, which are now also available in their essentials plan. One problem we faced with the other review apps was that the badges and similar extras took away from the look and feel of the store. Okendo does not force us into any, and we don't need them). The availability of grouping is yet another advantage. Suppose you sell products that are similar to each other. Different colours and designs of the same product can be grouped to share the reviews. This option is incredibly beneficial when you have low reviews for one design but high on alternative colours. Review moderation is easy, and the dashboard is also ok to navigate. Finally, support is also extremely helpful. So... Okendo was the best choice for us, and I think it will also be the best choice for many others.
Okendo cannot be manually translated into a custom language. Very strange that in the basic languages Okendo has a Russian translation, this during the war with Ukraine and when sanctions are imposed on Russia. Shame on you
I was having issues installing the app - my contact suggested I go to the chat on the Okendo website as he was out of office. The chat with Shiela resolved my issue so I can start using the app on my site. Thank you!
Review edit 3/10/2020 : Previously I gave a negative review because the price of this application is different from similar applications. The team from Okendo contacted me and offered me a solution to try this application even longer to compare the conversion results obtained from this application with other applications. I really appreciate for every offer they submit, it seems fair enough for them, at least I tried it first before deciding to give them a negative review. One thing that should be appreciated is that they have a friendly and responsive team and excellent service.
I tried the app, signed up for 20$/month but couldn't use custom HTML templates so I uninstalled it. Then the customer service reached out to me and explained that there is a solution by integrating with Omnisend send. That app is another 16$/month, but fine, let's try it.
I installed Omnisend, then cannot find how to integrate it with Okendo, I reach out to the customer agent, who then tells me that this feature costs 300$. I replied that I won't spend that much just to be able to send emails, which should be a basic feature. The agent comes back to me questioning my reasons and wondering if I could just style my emails instead of using HTML template.
Please dont' waste your customers time, if you don't have a solution it's fine, but don't lure me into testing something to later find out it costs 15x more. Also don't question your customers need, it's better to miss a sale than to ridicule yourself like that.
So far the best review app by a country mile! the migration and onboarding were a breeze. The onboarding support team led by Carolina were awesome to deal with and made sure i was utilising the full width of the product. Thanks Okendo
