The guys were so helpful to me, after installing the Okendo app I couldn't figure out how to get my imported reviews to show on individual products and they sorted it within a few hours! Installation was a breeze and the app is intuitive and easy to use, but what makes Okendo a spectacular app is the customer service. I spent about an hour trying to solve a problem using their comprehensive documentation but I was stuck. I reached out to the app and was delighted to find that I was not shunted to AI or email, and instead got real help from an actual human named Juan. And he didn't just shoot me a link to the documentation! He actually fixed my problem. Like, dug into my Shopify store and fixed it. He answered my annoying noob questions. He made a few small changes I requested. Actual customer service, in 2024. This is IT, kids.
