Mar. 2, 2022 - New adition to my previous review below - We had a design request that we had to submit a ticket for. The communication from the team at Okendo was super fast and helpful. Our service ticket passed through a few team members over their shift changes, but no one dropped the ball, and all involved were AWESOM! So impressed with the responsiveness and overall service by the team at Okendo. AMAZING onboarding and customer service! Thank you Allison for the over and above care and attention! Phenomenal service thus far. Would highly recommend.

We have had an amazing experience with the Okendo platform and team. We switched from another review software and love how easy the Okendo interface is to use and how simple it is to customize so much of our review process.
