Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo is an incredible tool for capturing and responding to customer reviews, plus answering customer questions. I feel so much more connected to the customer because of this app, and I highly recommend it to all businesses looking to build a community around their brand.

Shiela Sevilleno was really helpful, answered all our questions and also helped to organise other Okendo team mates to do some extra work for us. We really appreciate the proactiveness of Okendo staff in trying to help their customers succeed and use Okendo smartly, and hope this continues!

Customer service is fantastic. I had a call with a member from their team to discuss which template would look best on more store & it was implemented without a hiccup. This app has it all - don't waste time fiddling around with any other reviews app! It allows you to make your store's revies look professional and high-end without spending as much money as the Yotpo app. Plus, the support team is super fast and responsive!!
