Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We've found Okendo to be an excellent addition to our marketing apps. It looks great on the site, functions excellently, integrates perfectly with our other related apps and the service and support we have received from the team is impeccable! We would highly recommend you choose Okendo to manage your customer reviews.

Made the switch from Yotpo and we could not be happier. The platform is quite intuitive, but Okendo's real selling-point is its stellar customer service. Okendo support is extremely responsive at all hours of the day and chat representative are generally able to answer questions/solve issues right away. For more complicated inquires (when perhaps follow-up is necessary or input from another team is required)—we've consistently gotten detailed and thoughtful responses within 24 hours. My only platform functionality suggestion would be to make it easier/possible to test "coupon descriptions" in the coupon email design section. Overall though, kudos all around!!

Reviews app has been tremendous thus far. Switch from Stamped a while back and it's been a great experience. The service is top notch as well. Helpful in the transition and with any issues now that we have cut over. Definitely recommend.

Okendo is truly best in class for reviews. Their tools, integrations with other major e-comm platforms, and overall set up is exemplary. The dashboard is super easy to navigate and the onboarding process was turnkey and seamless.
