Loving Okendo - plenty of options for reviews and UGC all over our virtual store, and looks great! Had an issue and that was dealt with quickly by Luigi in customer service. Very happy!

It's very expensive to do the reviews and loyalty features all together. I have installed it for a few weeks and now I'm uninstalling it as I found out I'll have to pay a lot of money that I don't have since I am just starting and I want to boost reviews and loyalty. I found dozens of other apps that give the same value for WAY less. Their price is tremendously unbelievable.

My experience with okendo has been great so far easy to install and use. i was having trouble with one small thing however Kenn was very helpful and got it fixed up straight away.

I'm new to Okendo and had the pleasure of being assisted by Josh. He was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions with great clarity and speed.

The chat support felt very personal, almost like having a one-on-one conversation, which gave me a strong sense of security and confidence in the process. Thanks Josh, you've been a lifesaver!

We were originally really excited to work with Okendo but so far our onboarding process has been disjointed, unorganized, and their team has been extremely unhelpful in helping resolve issues when we are 3 days away from launching. I've spent countless hours on their support chat with no one able to help and support and as a result we are extremely worried and wish we chose another platform.

Great application with great customer service from the Okendo team. They are quick with responses and regularly reach out to offer one-on-one sessions on optimizing & improving the Okendo experience for our customers.

The forward facing review system is simple to setup and easy for customers to use, making for increased review rates, and in turn better conversion for our store.
