The Okendo team is incredibly organized and efficient through the entire process—sales through implementation. In addition to a seamless integration to obtain and post reviews, Okendo also provides the ability to customize attributes to obtain insight into customer preferences—a great asset!

So far, so good. Integration and initial rollout has been smooth, and support has been fast and helpful.

This app was very easy to setup and automate with our Klaviyo flows with the helpful guidance of our onboarding manager, Allison, from Okendo. I was told that turnaround time for the new update is 1-2 business day, but it's been 13 days and it's still not updated.

The best onboarding process I have ever had! Our onboarding CSM Carly Cafferello was on-top of it and made the transition super easy. We got it up and running in no time without running into any major problems. Very very happy!
