The Okendo team is incredibly organized and efficient through the entire process—sales through implementation. In addition to a seamless integration to obtain and post reviews, Okendo also provides the ability to customize attributes to obtain insight into customer preferences—a great asset!

This application is top notch! I don't regret having taken okendo to manage my customer reviews. Of all the apps I use, Okendo is the best in terms of customer service, they are great I recommend!

Excellent App to capture reviews for our website. Integration with Klaviyo and Facebook also great plusses for us. Also their onboarding team is great to work with and will get you all set up as well as provide ongoing support.

Great app, and great support team. Pricing is very affordable compared to other apps that do the exact same thing. Highly recommend. Does exactly what I needed it to do.

Angelica and the team at Okendo have been so helpful from the beginning. Responsive to emails, quick to help, I can't fault their service, especially during our transition to a new theme. I'd highly recommend.

This app was very easy to setup and automate with our Klaviyo flows with the helpful guidance of our onboarding manager, Allison, from Okendo. Allison was very quick to respond to our questions and help us out. We are very excited to start using Okendo and watch the raving reviews start to pour in.

I was told that turnaround time for the new update is 1-2 business day, but it's been 13 days and it's still not updated.

The best onboarding process I have ever had! Our onboarding CSM Carly Cafferello was on-top of it and made the transition super easy. We got it up and running in no time without running into any major problems. Very very happy!
